As for combat, it follows the standard MMO approach from the little we've seen. You select an enemy, click a spell on your hotbar and go to town. I don't think they are doing anything particularly different in this department.

    Added.

As more details arise I will also be adding a bit more on how the combat system works. It will not be in great detail, more of a summary, but enough to get the idea of the basic mechanics. This is important to know because it is the most repeated action in MMO's.

Nice work... maybe this will lead to a better FAQ and less confused gamers.

On the Classes / Skills section... My impression at least from what I've read and seen is that it's a branching class system allowing specialization. Probably something like some other games where you start with a broad class and then focus more specifically as you level. Just an impression at this point... the whole "gaining skills by absorbing souls" is very ambiguous and I don't know how that ties in.

Yeah, it does sound like it will have some sort of sub classing. I'm beginning to wonder if they will still have class swapping that was mentioned when the title was Hero's of Telara.

    Update
Added in the subclass note and changed the line to pending.

I was going to throw a list up earlier.

I would like to say this would be a sticky. But can't say much information and scavenging for videos was put into this. Go out and get the links to some good interviews. I'll be sure to come back with a few.
