So in the end you will see big numbers drop but overall DPS remain the same. tl;dr ... Bug drove all of our numbers up, we were mid balancing and so thought the increase was part of our changes, we balanced around it, bug got fixed, balance died a sad tragic death, fix was reverted, balance back to it's goal, fix will be re-introduced in a couple weeks, individual ability numbers may drop, Balance will be redone to get DPS back to target.
