Actually, I was going through a medical procedure as I have found that I cannot self cast heals IRL. The fact that I'm explaining that is probably good evidence for why they tell you not to do anything work related while recovering from anesthesia. Anyway, we totally reverted that whole change when we reverted the stacking change. Other than Serendipity implications, the primary reason we had to revert it was that we cannot make it behave that way on a per-caster basis. That would effectively maintain the 1 per caster functionality, which we no longer wanted.
