I'm the Art Director on Rift and I sit amongst the Rift character team. If I see an issue on the forums that I know we can probably fix, I'll do my best to get it fixed, or have even fixed it myself on occasion. A far more technical issue I can't personally address and I'm not remotely qualified to post in those threads. But I'm confident that the engineering team would be investigating anything of that nature. I hope this helps alleviate your concern about resource allocation in some way.
