And none of the tooltips were reporting properly. We are fixing the issue and you should see it coming to live in the near future.-Improved Freeze Armor Debuff gets overwritten by any other status effect applied.Improved Freeze Armor is overwritten by other snare abilities that overwrite Freeze Armor. As the primary goal of Freeze Armor is as a soloing tool we feel that it is currently working as intended. That being said we will keep an eye on it in the future.-Wild Growth (Mage) overwrites Spotter's Order.This is intended due to Wild Growth being better in many ways and having a similar effect on the target.-Call to Entrench (WF) still being overwritten by Bard buffs.This is intended, though the self buff that the Warlord gets for triggering this should stack with Bard buffs.-Tip the Balance (Pally) has no ICD again.This is intended. There may be changes coming to Tip the Balance in the future but for right now it is working as we want it to.-Riftwalk not stunning its target (was told by a dev that this was a tooltip bug and should have always been rooting although it had been stunning prior to 1.4). "Fixed" on PTS.This should be “Root” not “Stun” and has been fixed to work properly. Currently the fix is active on the Public Test Shard and should be going live with 1.5.-Blitz + Battlefield Intimidation (Champ) still knocking people under the world.This is being looked into.-Overrun (Champ) double dipping into the DR.This has been hunted down and killed, you should see the fix soon.-"Hit" stat working at all in PvP (has been killing parry/dodge/miss talkents/abiltiies from the get go ... half the reason Rogues have been so hard up). Not really a Warrior bug but effects a lot of Warrior builds (I know I don't bother talenting +parry for PvP anymore).Currently working correctly, though we are watching it closely.-Blocking works on DOT ticks (both Warrior and Cleric) and thus, "on block" abilities/talents/items work off of DOT ticks (including at range).This is a bug we are looking into, and we will be fixing it in the future.-Rift Summon (VK) / Sergeant's Order (WL) both still have LOS/geography issues (Rift Summon having more LOS issues then SO which makes no sense whatsoever).This is an issue we are aware of and would like to look into, however it has wider ranging impact and so we will likely not be looking into it until we can devote the time to handling it in the proper way.
