Not mentioned on there is the glaze: Mix a few tablespoons of milk with enough powdered sugar to make it creamy and looking like... well... *****. My pics - http://img607.imageshack.us/i/dscn1757o.jpg/ http://img32.imageshack.us/i/dscn1758p.jpg/ Smores bars - Graham cracker crust in a casserole/brownie dish (ground graham crackers with melted butter), bake at 350 'till solid, put chocolate chips on top then mini marshmallows on top of that, put under broiler for 4-5 minutes until marshmallows are just right. Reheat in microwave a few seconds before eating if you don't eat it all fresh. My pics: http://img148.imageshack.us/i/dscn1761u.jpg/ http://img851.imageshack.us/i/dscn1763a.jpg/ Epic Peanut Butter Cup - Get a 4 inch diameter ramekin, about a pound of chocolate chips/chunks, a full jar of Adams peanut butter (or another peanut butter whose only ingredient is peanuts and maybe salt), some milk, and some sugar. Line ramekin with tin foil (or something else, I just found tin foil worked easiest). Melt 1/3 lb chocolate with a healthy spoonful of peanut butter. Pour into ramekin, put in fridge, let cool until fairly solid. Meanwhile, heat about 1/2 the jar of peanut butter with 1/3 cup or so of milk, and a few tablespoons of sugar, mix. When chocolate is fairly solid, form peanut butter into a large ball and smush into the middle of the ramekin, leaving space on the sides. Melt 2/3 lb of chocolate, with another, even healthier dollop of peanut butter, pour over top of peanut butter, place in freezer to cool. Remove, cut, and give to girlfriend to win way more brownie points than anything else you could do. DEEP FRIED NUTELLA AND BANANA RAVIOLI Step 1 - Cut up a banana, put 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, stir, let sit for 20ish minute so juices mingle. Step 2 - Take out Nutella, start eating with a spoon. Step 3 - Reserve at least half the Nutella, daub a healthy spoonful on a wonton wrapper, daub some of banana mixture on top, brush egg wash (1 egg white with 1/2c water or so) on the edges, put another wonton wrapper on top and press to seal. Step 4 - Deep fry. Remove, drain, eat warm. Pics - http://img3.imageshack.us/i/dscn1738i.jpg/ http://img135.imageshack.us/i/dscn1739b.jpg/
