Whether it's a community manager, developer, or moderator we are constantly canvasing the boards. However, this is not a support forum and there is no expectation that your individual issue will be addressed when on these forums. We cannot possibly provide that level of service here and in order to receive a personal level of service you will need to contact Customer Support directly. There are far many more of you posting 24/7 than us, and often times we have multiple responsibilities that can call our attention away from the forums. If you are having a technical issue and cannot find assistance from your peers on this forum please contact our support department. Instructions for the options available to you are listed here: https://trionworlds.custhelp.com/app...etail/a_id/478 In-game response times are improving with each day with wait times significantly shorter than at launch. However, if you report a bug via the feedback tab you cannot expect a response. Additionally, submitting a bug via appeal that is not impacting your ability to continue playing the game will likely result in a request for you to submit a bug via the in-game tool. This is because when you submit a bug directly through that system it is the most sure way of knowing it has been brought to our attention. QA monitors all reports and new bug reports are automatically generated in our tracking software. Keep in mind that not all bugs are created equal, and while it may seem like we just have to wave a magic wand we are dealing with complex systems. While we wish that we could reproduce every issue you have perfectly, identify a fix, and patch it immediately that is a dream that has not yet come to be reality. Sometimes we cannot re-produce a problem unless very specific conditions are present; other times it is due to some unforeseeable issue on the users side. It's unfortunate when issues are not so cut and dry, but that is the way it is sometimes and why we can never fully commit to when fixes to reported problems will be implemented. Sometimes we just don't know until we actually fix it. On occasion there are issues of a larger magnitude introduced or discovered; in these cases we will forward on the issues for a more immediate review when we notice a trend forming on these forums and social networks. We appreciate your concerns, and assure you we respond regularly to posters, simply check the Dev Tracker for a bird's eye view of our activity. Thanks all, I truly value your feedback and encourage you to provide it whenever you feel necessary. Best,
