[BUG REPORT] Arcane Aegis's tooltip and values granted incorrect

Mage Archon

Context: Arcane Aegis provides different armour values to self/allies + tooltip wrong
"Increases Resistances by 1000, and Armor by 14000, on all party or raid members withing 35m. Lasts 5m." ~ Arcane Aegis
Expected: 30,000 armour granted to the mage and allies as is par with other supports.
Observation:
- The mage receives 16,000 armour
- Allies receive 30,000 armour
- The tooltip reads 14,000 armour
Repro Steps:
- Record your yours and an allies armour value
- Cast Arcane Aegis
- Note yours is 16k higher, theirs is 30k higher.

I've only recently returned to the game, and haven't seriously played Archon since nearly Launch, but doesn't the tooltip also state that it *reduces* the mage's armour?

Archon buff auras decrease the caster's stats, and your debuffs increase your own stats
