[FIXED] Mystic ability Bind Life/Air Lash

Firstly the tooltip is wrong, Bind life is stated requires harmony or cunning to cast, it only casts in harmony or fury. Air lash is stated requires fury to cast but it only casts in cunning.

The second issue is that you cannot /cast air lash from a macro, it always says required conditions not met whether in fury, harmony or cunning. /cast bind life seems to work fine.

For this issue, the way this ability is structured prevents its component elements from being used in Macros.

The tooltips have been corrected on our end and will be fully fixed in an upcoming game update. Thanks for your patience!
