[FIXED] Lost Intel Quest Objects Still Appear After Completion

Time: Sunday, July 30th at 10:11am server time
Location: 4704 1252 2621 - Vostigar Peaks

Context: Gathering in Vostigar Peaks.

Expected: I should not see Lost Intel with sparkle effect post quest completion.

Observed: The Lost Intel object at location 4704 1252 2621 continues to sparkle while the lost intel @ 4709 1254 2624 no longer sparkles.
Also the Lost Intel object at 4704 1252 2621 was noninteractive when the quest was active.

Repro Steps:
1. Obtain Lost Intel quest
2. Travel to location, observe duplicate Lost Intel objects closley placed.
3. Collect Lost Intel at 4709 1254 2624
4. Unable to collect Lost Intel at 4704 1252 2621
5. Complete and turn in Lost Intel quest
6. Return to location, observe sparkle from Lost Intel at 4704 1252 2621 and no sparkle from Lost Intel at 4709 1254 2624

Update 8/3: this is a known issue and in some cases can make it so that quest objects are not seen by certain players who need to see the items. We are working on a fix for both states.

Update 8/10: this was fixed with 8/9's game update.
