[NON-ISSUE] Minion discrepancy?

Could someone please tell me the values this minion has at level 25?

That one is a rarity where his stats suck UNTIL he hits max level, then his stats jump.

Like Samuraiko said... "only when it hits max level." So... grind away at every opportunity.
