    Default BP Reward "Large Sack of Starfall Currency" does not work

    The level 22 Patron Battle Pass reward "Large Sack of Starfall Currency" is broken. Right-clicking on it to claim the currency does nothing at all.

    I am also unable to open the bag. I got the reward today.

    I submitted a petition for this and received the following:

    Please completely close the Game and Glyph, and follow the steps below:
    1.Launch Glyph.
    2.Sign in to your account.
    3.Right-click on RIFT in the top-left corner of the launcher and select the "Repair" option.
    4.When prompted to begin file recovery, please click the "Yes" button.
    5.Allow the repair process to go through.
    6.Re-launch your game.
    This should cause everything on the account to refresh. Should the issue persists, please provide us a full screenshot of any error message received.

    After doing this, no change. No error message, the bag is just unresponsive.

    Ignore it any time CS directs you to Repair/Reinstall. It's a lazy form response that does nothing but waste bandwidth and ages your hard drive. This is a problem on the server end and will presumably be fixed whenever someone gets an hour to spare for actual work over at Gamigo.

    edit: The only times the repair function will make any difference are if you're experiencing asset corruption (textures appearing black or not appearing at all), or if the game is repeatedly crashing for no discernible reason.

    "This should cause everything on the account to refresh. Should the issue persists, please provide us a full screenshot of any error message received." Repairing doesn't touch account data server-side. It checks the files on your machine against the manifest and redownloads any assets that don't match the expected values. They suggest this because they do not have the necessary training to properly troubleshoot Rift and would rather waste your time and effort than provide actual customer support.

    Large sack of starfall currency doesn't open.
