    Angry NA SERVERS HAVE BEEN DOWN FOR DAYS AND CANNOT ACCESS SUPPORT!

    See my post under general discussions, I have been down for DAYS on NA servers. I cannot access the support system, see the attachment for the error message I am getting. It makes it appear that my "account" has expired. Seriously for a FTP game?

    I have cleared cache, rebooted, etc - no change.

    I have bought the Elder Scrolls online first expansion - if Rift doesn't fix this soon I just may not bother coming back!

    The NA servers are up. I don't know what the issue is that you cannot access them, but they are up.

    Can you elaborate on the error message you're getting from glyph?

    Have you tried the following?

    open task manager (ctrl +alt + del , then click on task manager)

    close anything glyph related in the tabs for applications and processes

    visit the trion/glyph website

    Download Glyph.
    Save the download
    Run the download. Keep in mind, you will not run a full download of the game, only of the glyph installer. When you hit "RUN" you will get the option to go for "REPAIR"

    Choose "Repair"

    Wait out the full repair and try to run the game.

    Just did that - still does not work!! I only get the option to create a new character. Which translate to the game is still down for me or my whole account has been lost.

    If you are getting to the point where it is asking you to create a new character you are basically logged in. It sounds like you may not be on the shard with your characters though. You could try other shards to see if your characters show up.

    To get to the shard selection screen from the character creation screen click on the "Back" button under the faction selections. This should take you to a screen with buttons on the bottom. Select "Shard" and try another shard to see if your characters show up.

    If you can't find any familiar shards in the shard screen [as described in the post above this one] - are you by any chance accidentally logging on to the PTS or Europe? Check the right top of the screen, there's a drop down there with NA, Europe and PTS

    I was able to change to my home shard and then it worked. Thank you
