Still having problems getting on servers..

Since Am of 4-17-19
I see it is supposedly fixed yet I can barely get to the char page & that only one out of some five tries.I try to get to the game its self and crash every single time. What do I need to delete short of the entire program? It was fine before the 17th.

I have looked around but don't see the answer. Cant use the "?" in game as I can not get to the game.

servers crashed yesterday.. I tried getting on & once again it buggered something on my computer. I STILL can't get back into the game on my desktop it disconnects at 1% trying to get on the servers..Just like last time when I tried to get on and all of the servers were down.

would be nice to know what I need to delete ( other than entire program ) there must be some file that gets trashed. restarted comp , even disconnected my network connection all trying to figure this out..
