Loot Collection from Minions bugged?

For a few days now, when I click claim in the Minion Window or just click the minion sender button, the loot/reward window flashes briefly and disappears. Once this happens I can no longer use minions until I relog. It does not happen 100% of the time, but does happen eventually ( Usually within 15 minutes of a session) on all my characters. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I've seen this, but only rarely. Teleporting to another zone fixes it when it happens to me
