While mentored of course. Seastone is my home shard, on all other shards I'm getting loot from Pinatas, but not Seastone. I've only so far tested this in Ashora.
Like the title says. Went to TB and no quests are available. Also, I accepted the Raid Rift quests (while shard hopped), when I returned to SS, the quest was automatically abandoned saying the required World Event was no longer active.
