    Default Bombs Away!/Fragmentation Clusters bug

    In saboteur when Bombs Away! talent is taken but Fragmentation Clusters talent is not, Bombs Away! will not work but it will count you as having taken Fragmentation Clusters. Bombs Away! will work if there are points in both talents but ONLY if this is done. Relogging, exiting game, soul resetting, reloading ui do not help.
