Character Portraits

I've had this irking me for a while,on my main character from chocolate rift (if you where around you'd know why it's chocolate and not vanilla).

My portrait frames have never worked on my main chocolate char.

What I mean is,I can't right click and get the option to change portrait.

All other characters are able to select either the 'blue intricate' or the 'elite' portraits that I purchased.

All other characters where created after chocolate,which leads me to think its something legacy on the character.

Anyone else got broken portraits?

This only affects the one character BTW,which happens to be my original char.

I'm wondering if also submitting a CS ticket would help here, as it seems to be unique to a character.

Tried this and got a canned generic response.We ca't help you.Are we allowed to post CS replies without being banned? heh.
