Challenger's Marks from Packmaster's Reward Caches count against weekly cap

Each Packmaster's Rewards Cache, which comes with most/all Power Packs, contains 2 Challenger's Marks and 4 packs of 5 Individual Reward charges.
These packs are sent to all characters, and I've bought I think 4 of them. I was claiming and using all my stuff on an alt, and discovered that when I opened the 4th Packmaster's Rewards Cache, I had hit the weekly limit of 6 Challenger's Marks. I now have 16 packs of 5 IRCs, and only 6 CMs.
Expected: Marks from caches/boxes should not count against the caps. Precedent: Tokens from daily/weekly boxes/lockboxes do not count against caps.
I don't care about the CMs on this character, and it's probably a rarely encountered bug .. but CMs from these packs shouldn't count against the cap.
