    Default main 61 mastery

overflowing vitality 61 passive mage doesnt heal 9% of the amount it should in pvp
same for exileration primalist 61 passive and vicar's resilience cleric those are very important mastery they play a big role in pvp not just warfront and also provide the lack of healing some build needs
the warrior and rogue one been working just fine and its now time to finaly fix this major issue

I touched on this a little bit in another pvp thread

It's not that the Primalist/Mage/Cleric passive healing mastery is broken, it's actually working as intended. It's the Warrior/Rogue mastery that is ignoring reductions, these need to abide by the same reductions as the other classes.

Defensive Pose also needs to follow the same reduction.
