[BUG REPORT] Resource nodes on Ahnket's Tail at Vostigar Peaks is not reachable

Context: Resource nodes on Ahnket's Tail at Vostigar Peaks is not reachable

Expected: Resource nodes on Ahnket's Tail at Vostigar Peaks should be reachable

Observed: I was levelling my foraging then went to Ahnket's Tail noticed that I wasn't able to gather resources there for mining or foraging.

User note: It looks like Y-axis set for this nodes are like 1 or 2 meter below than expected values thats causing players not able to gather that resources on location.

Repro steps:

1. Goto Ahnket's Tail and go this specific coordinates coordX = 3224.9399414063, coordY = 1158.0699462891, coordZ = 1871.2099609375
   
2. You will notice there is a foraging node and you can't gather it when you go location it says below 1 meter.
3. It's applying for all resources around the area which you can find from below screenshot.

i was wondering how long it would take for a bug report on this

FYI, its not just the mining and foraging nodes but also the artifact nodes..
its as if they were all placed and then the floor was raised a meter of so but the nodes stayed where they were

Thank you for the bug report on these resource nodes.

There are definitely quite a few offenders. I think I may have found them all, but if I missed any, please report back.

I'll try to get this fix in for the patch that will happen after the holidays.

there is a plant at /setwaypoint 3315 1818 that is still under the ground
