I completed the weekly celestial planar assault quest (do 30 IA in the Celestial Realms). I got this quest after the Yule event started (event started 3:30 server time, I leveled to 70 around 11pm server, then got the patron sparkle quest, then got the Celestial IA quest in that order). Completed quest and turned in around 2am server time. I received notification that I got the patron sparkle cache and the fae sparkle cache. I got the 'open loot' icon for the patron sparkle and was able to loot it, but did not receive the fae yule sparkle reward.
