Noticed it happens a lot in pvp, rather annoying when I need to use it and I end up spamming it to no avail. Its ogcd so it shouldnt be an issue.

I would like to add that the UI shows these CDs:

• 1m30s on the tooltip, the right value
• 1m on visual, but you still need to wait 30s more to fire it
