[BUG REPORT] Legendary Shared Vigor doesn't apply to caster

Context: Legendary Shared Vigor doesn't apply to caster
"Shared Vigor now procs off Non-Archon damaging abilites. Provides twice as much Endurance." ~ Legendary Shared Vigor
Expected: Legendary Shared Vigor to proc and apply the Aura buff to the Mage as well as allies.
Observation: When Legendary Shared Vigor procs it only applies to allies.
Repro Steps:
- Select Legendary Shared Vigor
- Find an ally (party/raid)
- Cast a Non-Archon damaging ability repeatedly (I used Crystalline Missiles (Elementalist))
- Eventually your ally will report that they have received the aura effect
- You (the Mage/caster) never will
