[BUG REPORT] VP Boss Cestius has too low HP

A few times today in Vostigar Peaks the final boss Cestius in the zone event "Legion of Storm" has spawned with barely more than 130 million HP.

Needless to say with lots of lazy players who just camp the boss spawn for the entire event, she doesn't last long, dies in mere seconds.

That's minimal, but only a pain if you have to kill bosses for item upgrades, I guess. Only tagging the VP event bosses does not seem to credit you for participation in the event. Which is how it should be, if you ask me ;)
