[BUG REPORT] Wildfire procs appear twice

Mage Pyromancer

Context: Flame Bolt's Wildfire proc
"Your Fireball casts have a 30% chance to reset and reduce the cooldown your next 3 Flame Bolt casts to 0 seconds." ~ Wildfire
Expected: One proc regardless of if you've selected the legendary or not.
Observed: When you proc Wildfire you are shown a proc for both the Legendary and non legendary version of Flame Bolt.
Repro Steps:
- Cast a bunch of Fireballs
