Expected: Soothing Waters should instantly consume all Charge immediately ending Infuse Magic.
Observed: While Infuse Magic is up Soothing Waters consumes minimal or no Charge(?). Allowing it to be spammed ogcd to heal alongside Infuse Magic.
Repro Steps:
- Take 28 points in Frostkeeper for Infuse Magic
- Take 26 points in Arbiter for Soothing Waters
- Enter combat to remove passive Charge generation
- Cast Infuse Magic
- Cast Soothing Waters as many times as you desire during Infuse Magic's duration
This effect is possibly happening with other abilities in combination with Infuse Magic too. I only know about this one.
