    easy to reproduce. just take enough points in paragon for rising waterfall (4), and use rising waterfall.

    Sadly been reported a few.. Tried to take advantage of it to see and got nothing.

    Hard to maintain outside of paragon build

    guildie's been using it in bm with TtB. makes good numbers in that spec...still, i'd like for the bug to be fixed. I'm hopeful.
