[FIX PENDING] Quest: Power to the Legion

Can't take this quest, can't see questgiver, can't see any items for quest, but can be completed by sharing from another character and can be completed by using quest items in party by another character. Currently 80/81 after completing "We Can Build It", this is 81-th quest in zone.

Very sorry but we were unable to see anything wrong with this quest, NPC, etc. If you or anyone else has additional information they can share, please let us know in the comments here.

Update 8/3: We were finally able to repro this problem. Anyone who has completed "A Not So Great Escape" quest in Seratos will then be unable to see the quest givers. We are working on a fix, which should be ready by our next game update. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Time: Short after release of the new zone

Context:If you completed 'A Game of Chess' before they reset it (People couldn't finish it, NPCs weren't spawning. They made it autocomplete at one point) your achievement backtracked, but you kept your quest progress. Since you can't redo the story quest, it's stuck like that. We need Dev intervention to fix it.

All the other speculation about auto completed quests and the like were not factors.
