Default DEEP pvp Sin, a tad different.

    Deep PvP Assassin

    The build: http://rift.magelo.com/en/soultree#ykFlliGAGl4/t9B30/Tu

This build is not a traditional Sin/RS build, it does not invest heavily into Rifstalker, the reason being. Few patches ago the dps synergy was toned down to bring this hybrid specc in line with game balance, which is why I decided not to go too deep into the tanking soul, and cut the potential dps from assassin.

Boosted recovery is incredibly good for solo open world pvp fights and mob farming. I highly recommend using Vampiric Essence enchant for this pvp setup on your main and offhand weapons. And lastly, the 4 points in Tactician to pick up Metal Plating boosts your resists at a very decent amount. Coupled with the inherent resists from dipping into the Riftstalker tree will give you a great deal of mileage.

Let’s not forget Curative Engine, this added to all your other self-heals will make for a very sturdy solo experience. The added bonus to this particular setup is you’re invested 61 points in assassin, your dps will actually be deadly as an opponent, you can kill healers with this build, it gives you full access to the dps potential of Sin without losing much. All the while packing much needed survivability for the many instances of not having access to healers in warfronts or open world pvp.

    Macros:

    #show Savage Strike
    Suppressmacrofailures
    cast Phantom Blow
    Cast Backstab
    Cast Savage Strike
    Cast Emperial Bolt

    #show Final Blow
    Suppressmacrofailures
    Cast Phantom Blow
    Cast Backstab
    Cast Final Blow
    Cast Empyrean Ray

Those are your primary macros, the builder on top, your finisher on bottom, don’t forget you have to stand still in order to cast Empyrean Ray, it’s not instant, but you most often won’t need to do that anyway. Your main buffs will be Leeching Poison, Debilitating Poison, and Enfeebling Poison, Curative Engine, and Planebound Resilience.

I’ve been using this build for the past week, and I do not see anyone else running it, and it’s been incredibly successful in taking out more than one opponent at a time. Having access to slip away is huge. This is a pretty short guide, but I’m hoping this will help the solo players out there that do not queue with healers and open world farmers that would like a durable build with zero downtime.

Also for warfronts would not hurt to have Blood-Thirsty enabled for added heals after a kill, it’s incredible when paired with all your other abilities combined.
I’m open to suggestions from the community if anyone thinks this build could use some tweaking, or lacking in its intended use. Thanks for reading.

I ran a build like this for a while. ait worked well I just dont like sin all that much so made a nb build similar to it. Just those 11 points in RS makes a pretty big diff in EHP. Best part about a build like this is you can poison swap to more dmg if you are not the focus and if you are poison swap to survive better.

Sin and Nightblade are my two favorite pvp builds.

    cast Thread of Death
    cast Poison Malice
    cast Savage Strike
    cast Emperial Bolt

This make better sense? I always start from stealth. So I have an opener and then the builder and finisher. Also using puncture and impale in my rotation.

    Opener:
    #show Expose Weakness
    suppressmacrofailures
    cast Poison Malice
    cast Expose Weakness
    cast Thread of Death
    cast Jagged Strike

    Builder:
    #show Savage Strike
    Suppressmacrofailures
    cast Phantom Blow
    Cast Backstab
    Cast Savage Strike
    Cast Empyrean Bolt
    cast Expose Weakness

    Finisher:
    #show Final Blow
    Suppressmacrofailures
    Cast Phantom Blow
    Cast Backstab
    Cast Final Blow
    Cast Empyrean Ray
    Guild - Mutiny @ Greybriar
    Spannx (Rogue)
    Spannz (Cleric)
    Spannage (Mage)
    Outfitter 375 - Butcher 375 - Survival 375 - Fishing 375

I do not recommend having expose weakness in that macro, it should be on a separate key bind, let's not forget your finisher applies expose weakness. Thread of death should be on its own bind to reapply jagged strike. It will proc cloak & dagger, a huge dps boost.

Poison malice and serpent strike, again, separate key binds for those abilities.

61sin/15bd/0mm seems to be the best for pvp.

You're referring to pure damage output, but you drop like a ton of bricks with that specc. It has no mileage on its own, that's the point of this guide, good dps, with decent survivability.

Agreed. Right now using my macros I posted I am smashing people in pvp and living a long long time.

    Gunzip,

I did remove Expose Weakness from the opener...but left Poison Malice and Thread of Death in. I still feel they are best there. I do have it on my non stealth bar as well and can still re apply it.

No I'm referring to shutting down a healer. The silence plus all the stuns will really shut them down.

And in the process of trying to shut down that healer, their dps will peel and burst you down, your goal should be to apply as much pressure to the healer so they start to heal themselves, plus you're draining their mana pretty quick. You'll have enough survivability to pressure and put them on the defensive.

I suppose it's play style, I like to chain link my cloak and dagger for maximum pressure.
