procs procing procs and 4.1 ICD changes for example...

WARRIOR

TEMPEST
* Legendary Shock Pulse now has a .5s ICD

RIFTBLADE
* Legendary Icy Burst and Flamespear now have a .5s ICD
* Legendary Rift Burst buff reduced to 65%.
* Legendary Icy Burst now scales with the number of AP on cast.

i want to know too.

The change happened in 4.1 and they changed:

1.) Proc rate of Legendary Shock Pulse (tempest) ability which used to proc up to like 10 times per second because everything was procing it and it did like 25% of the DPS in the spec. In 4.1 it got limited to 1 proc every 0,5s i think.

2.) They made some passive effects like Legendary Seasoned Strike (Warchanter) not apply to Legendary Shock Pulse and most probably also some other abilities.


Those two things combined meant a DPS loss of roughly 30%. I did 400k pre 4.1 and 280k in 4.1. Tempest and Reaver do more after 4.1 and they are both ranged!
