Default [Macros][PvP][Paragon] Macroing Turn the Blade

I will put this in a new thread as I haven't seen it on any forum before.

I do all my burst phases without TtB. You can macro it with a slight annoying thing:
Put in the builder right below suppressmacrofailures: cast [notactive] Turn the Blade.
Put in burst macro right below suppressmacrofailures: cancelbuff Turn the Blade.
You will have chatspam hitting the burst macro from the second time: Didn't find buff to cancel: Turn the Blade.
You can make a new chat tab if it annoys you too much (as I did).

This will work with 61 WL too (or any high WL/Paragon build that relies on TtB to build surges fast).

This is the only way (afaik) to macro TtB in a way it makes sense and saves you time actually.

losing a gcd every time isn't worth it to me. I leave ttb off when I play paragon in pvp. keeping it on really hurts your burst ( but ups your sustained) and switching off has no benefit imo because the gcds you lose cancel out the sustained bonus from having ttb on.

It's not worth it, it is a DPS loss to desactivate Turn the Blade during the burst.

With my current gear (1 T2 weapon, some T2 pieces, rest full T1, 1102 CP), supposing you get 4 3-points RH:
    1s GCD: (CF) RH > SM > RW > RH > DT > RW > RH > SM > RW > RH
    Code:
                     Avg dmg Total dmg
    1 double (CF) RH 36,308 72,616
    3 double RH 24,205 145,230
    3 double RW 18,224 109,344
    2 SM 11,860 23,720
    1 DT 20,699 20,699
    Total: 371,609
    1.5s GCD: (CF) RH > SM > RW > RH > DT > RW > RH
    Code:
                     Avg dmg Total dmg
    1 double (CF) RH 45,385 90,770
    2 double RH 30,256 121,024
    2 double RW 22,780 91,120
    1 SM 14,825 14,825
    1 DT 25,873 25,873
    Total: 343,612
You lose on average to desactivate Turn the Blade, by cerca 7.5%. (I hope I did nothing wrong with the maths)

This was a clear [PvP] hint. No need to do any maths with lost GCDs here guys.
It works well for me in PvP to turn off TtB in burst phase and it works well for me to have it
running in building phase - especially as 61 Warlord 13 Para 2 Temp.
It might be you dont want to turn off TtB as full Paragon - cant say as I dont play as full Paragon
    in PvP any more.
Hence in PvP it's more sadly the big numbers that count - not sustained damage. Doing a full
burst phase being crippled with 30% less damage hurts too much as WL to keep TtB running.

I didnt want to discuss the sense of macroing TtB in the described way here - I just wanted to
leave it for people like me who searched for a way to do so as I didnt find it neither in german
nor in english forums so far.

My bad, don't mind my post, I didn't get it was for PvP purposes. In that case, I do agree it is a good idea
