    Default Warrior BiS 2.4

*New* Added Opening Simulation Sheet for paragon spec

I've updated the spreadsheet for 2.4 with new skills and rotations. There are still things I'm working on, but I didn't want to sit on it for too long. Expect more things in the future.

    - New skills and rotations updated.
Currently implemented: Paragon (with and without oGCD finishers), Tempest and Riftblade.
I'm planning on adding more souls soon, such as Champion for ST and AoE.

    - Added T2 gear from new 20 mans - ongoing
No need to make a post about new loot. For the time being I'll be going through RiftScene and adding new equipment every few days. T3 synergy crystals added.

    - See your DPS increase from equipping upgrades in the various item sheets.

    - Tanking gear / stuff
T2 tanking gear added. For the time being the tanking formulas are still from 2.3.

    - Customizable souls in raid for raid buffs & debuffs. Simply modify the amount of each soul to change active raid buffs.

If you find a bug post it here or PM me.
You can also find me in game Darkranger@Gelidra shard.

You still have the old stat weights though. No need to have all that CP me thinks.

Good man. thanks for picking up the torch.

I've looked over the front end, And it all looks good. Details I can't go into because it's been too long (like killians's comment about CP)

Well it's not that CP is bad. I just dunno if the weightings would change due to it's abundance now. I know I plan on getting to the SC for CP and then stacking PC pretty much for Paragon.

Yeah, thanks for putting in the time. Don't worry too much about tanks since they simply need to stack End to be effective. Of course the other stats are important, but dps is definitely a more important task to tackle.

They're the new weights. Here's a simplified dps formula:

    dps = (wp*wpmult + ap) * [chance_not_to_crit + chance_to_crit * (1.5 + cp*cpmod)]

The more you have of any particular stat, the more valuable all other stats become. The only 2 stats that don't care about each other are weapon DPS and AP. Also all stats have linear contribution, i.e. no diminishing returns (until you hit caps obviously).
By itself increasing CP would make the other stats more valuable when compared to CP. But since the higher equipment has some AP from strength and WP from T2 weapons, CP keeps being a desirable stat until the cap.

But which cap? I still have it showing cp>all when at the soft cap. This obviously isn't the case so it got me curious

There's no soft cap, just a hard cap at 50%. The cap before that would only be a preventative measure for additional CP you get from other sources like the raid banner.

43 CP from feast, 60 CP from banner means 1298 CP cap unbuffed. Charred flamestone greater adds another 103, which is calculated as being active 80% of the time. Once you go over 1195 unbuffed CP your CP weight will be lowered by 80% due to essence proc. Works for me. You need to click the button to recalculate weights if you haven't done so.
