    Default The Skirmisher

    1. The Skirmisher
    2. Brief Description: This spec combines the damage of ranger with the utility and burst of marksman for potent lockdown and sniping damage.
    3. Group Role: DPS (best used for solo and pvp)
    4. Souls:
      1. Soul 1: Marksman
      2. Soul 2: Ranger
      3. Soul 3: Riftstalker
    5. Key Abilities:
      1. Ability 1: Empowered Shot
      2. Ability 2: Shadow Fire
      3. Ability 3: Rapid Fire Shot
    6. Difficulty: Intermediate
    7. Basics: This spec plays from range, pelting the enemy with damage, bleed and debuff arrows while having your trusty boar pet charge the enemy head on.
    8. How to Play: Send your boar pet first to tank while you stand at range to deal damage. Keep up Splinter Shot, Shadow Fire and Bestial Fury while using CC as necessary.
    9. Tips:
      1. Tip 1: Know your disables: interrupts for casters, knockbacks for melee, roots for runners.
      2. Tip 2: Use Quick Reload often as it will reset all your CC plus Rapid Fire Shot, which could be the difference between a kill and death.
      3. Tip 3: On the Double, Shadow Shift and Retreat in combination covers a massive distance and can save your life or someone else's.
    10. Minimum Level: 1
    11. Build Guide:
      1. Rotation(s):

        Level 60 rotation:
Opener - Empowered Shot > Shadow Fire > Splinter Shot > Head Shot
Basic - Empowered Shot > Swift Shot > Swift Shot > Finisher

Keep Splinter Shot, Shadow Fire and Head Shot buff up. Rapid Fire Shot is your best finisher. Cast Deadeye Shot as a finisher if you can stand still, otherwise Hasted Shot.

For leveling play, open with Splinter Shot then a simple Swift Show spam > Finisher while using Shadow Fire is enough. Head Shot is used when you get 1/1 Bestial Fury at level 16.

      2. Buffs:

        Electrified Munitions (Level 39)
        Rending Munitions (Level 48)
        Feral Instincts (Level 36)

      3. Macros:

        Builder Macro
        #show Empowered Shot
        suppressmacrofailures
        cast Empowered Shot (level 51)
        cast Shadow Fire (Level 24)
        cast Swift Shot (Level 1)

        Finisher Macro
        #show Rapid Fire Shot
        suppressmacrofailures
cast Rapid Fire Shot (Level 42)
cast Hasted Shot (Level 6 / Use cast Head Shot from Level 2 until Level 6)

        Repelling Shot - knockback
Hasten Call - to get your pet back quickly if it dies
        Retreat/Shadow Shift - blinks
        Quick Reload - resets cooldowns

Going to try this as a level 44 build to see how effective it is for solo levelling & quests.
