Default What might be causing Synergize and Conduit of Power to de-Activate?

I notice that soon after the start of a new fight, these two buffs deactivate. I checked that there's nothing in my macros or pet bar that should cause this. I can understand these two needing to be refreshed after switching shards, but even that doesn't happen consistently. I've got kalerts telling me when it happens, but it is still a DPS loss during a fight.

Dying deactivates them, as well as teleporting / shard swapping.

Nope, none of those ... it's still a mystery.

Zoning will do it, too, like into any instance and out again. This includes player made ones, chronicles, dungeon and raid ones, etc.

Are you testing this against the same mobs? Perhaps they have a dispel or something? If you use the reclaim ability to sacrifice the pet and heal self, it will cancel them as they do not persist. Im sure that is not the case, just making a note (; I would like to see what the issue is, hope its sorted out soon!
