All calculation are based on “Base weight of stats”:

Intelligence Gives 0.75 Spell Power and 0.5 Crit
Wisdom Gives 0.25 Spell Power and 0.5 Crit
Spell Power Divide by 5 to get your DPS
Spell Crit Divide by 126 to get your base % chance to crit
Crit Power Divide by 28 to get your % extra crit damage (over and above the 50% base

That means that total SP will be even higher if using the weight of stats based on Chloromancer Spec (61 Chloro / 10 Pyro / 5 Harb), according to Archymage’s Spreadsheet.

From Rift-forum’s on-going discussion about chloromancer - asuming the 61 Chloro / 10 Pyro / 5 Harb for Burning Fury is the way to go - and SP is still being the stat we want to raise then here is a list based on this. Gilded Chloro - 2/4 to get 60SP Bonus (Gear above ajusted to taking bonus into consideration so get Feet + Gloves) You loose about 13 Sp but gain 47 Sp in total (60 bonus - 13 totalt for 2BiS) by going with Set Bonus instead of BiS

The BiS list is based on base weight of stats as listed in the beginning, and its a list made as a guide for highest base healing possible. Going with spec listed just increase total SP.
