    Default Legendary Quick Shaman Guide

This guide will show you the new rotations with Legendary Shaman, and any changes that happened in 4.0.
Though warning mistakes could be present.

    Spec:
    61 Shaman, 10 Inquisitor, 5 Runeshaper

    Alternative Spec:
61 Shaman, 10 Inquisitor, 5 Sentinel - Non Runeshaper Soul
    61 Shaman, 10 Durid, 5 Inquisitor - Solo

    Masteries:
    Level 61 - Soul Collector
Level 62 - Blessing of Penitence
    Level 63 - Swift Judgment
    Level 64 - Diversify
    Level 65 - Punishing Strike

    Legendaries:
Icy Blow - Air & Water damage increased by 15% per stack for 8s, 4 max stacks
Deep Freeze - Increases damage taken to 75% and duration to 10s
Furious Assault - Removes Glacial Strike health restriction and additionally deals 45% of it damage as a DoT over 3s, increases aoe damage 25%, movement speed increased by 15%, and increases Air & Water damage by 30%.
Bolt of Judgment - Chance to autocast a Bolt of Judgment at the damaged enemy
Inscribe Fate - Increases damage taken by 15% for 20s

    Buffs:
    Furious Assault
    Armor of Devotion
    Glory of the Chosen
    Heart of the Frozen Sea

As there are two different Weapon buffs and only one can be active at a time you will need to swap when the situation changes.
Vengeance of the Winter Storm is to be used when engaging one enemy or up to three enemies.
Vengeance of the Primal North is to be used when engaging four or more enemies.

    Starting Rotation:
Inscribe Fate > Frozen Wrath > Icy Blow x4 (Optional)
Rage of the North > Lightning Hammer

Deep Freeze > Massive Blow > Glacial Strike > Punishing Strike > Icy Blow
Rush of Strength > Massive Blow

    Rotation:
Keep Inscribe Fate debuff active on the enemy, you should delay using any abilities if it fall off until it is reapplied.

You want to proc Frostbite before using any Physical damaging ability, which only comes from using a Non-Physical melee damaging ability, as Frostbite increases it's damage by 30%.

So when Frostbite is active use Massive Blow, or Punishing Strike.
Then when the Frostbite is consumed use Frozen Wrath, Glacial Strike, Icy Blow, or Lightning Hammer.

Due to Legendary Icy Blow increasing Air & Water damage by 60% at 4 stacks Jolt and Crushing Blow become a dps loss to use, and with Legendary Icy Blow damage being high & duration being so short Sanction Heretic isn't worth using; unless your not in melee range.

Massive Blow applies a damage over time ability called Brutalize that you don't want to clip, so when you want to use Rush of Strength you need to give enough time for Brutalize to expire before using Massive Blow again, so you do...

    Massive Blow > Rush of Strength > Non-Phys > Non-Phys > Massive Blow

    ...so you don't clip Brutalize.

    For dealing damage to mobs/adds:
When engaging two enemies spread Frozen Wrath with Strike of the Maelstrom to both enemies, keeping it active on both. Continue with your single target rotation on one of them, then once one dead switch to the other.

For three or more enemies spread Frozen Wrath to all enemies with Strike of the Maelstrom.

You also want to have 4 stacks of Icy Blow before using Avalanche Strike, then just spam Avalanche Strike while refreshing Icy Blow before it exipres.

Dunno why you're saying Lightning Hammer isn't worth using, initial damage+dot component combined does like 70% more damage than a single Icy Blow, and that's definitely worth using in my book.

For aoe situation, Avalanche is soo much better than Maelstrom now, if you keep Icy Blow buff at 4 stacks and mobs ate nicely packed in front of you then Maelstrom is only useful for spreading FW.

I think your opener is also non-optimal, cause 4 stacks of legendary IB would boost FW, IB, GS and LH by a lot and you're wasting a lot of potential damage. Also going (DF)MB>nonphys>MB lets me fit 3 MBs inside DF since i can only fit 9 GCDs with current server lag. In a perfect enviroment (DF)MB>nonphys>nonphys>MB would be ideal, but CD block in the guide is subpar either way imo.

And since GS hits way more than MB with 4 stacks it may be better to use (DF)GS>MB...since then you would fit 2xGS + 2xMB insie DF. And I think it's better than 1xGS + 3xMB since GS deals more and has its own brutalize. But I haven't tested it yet.

But why bother min-maxing when going 1-button is like 1% dps loss

Added a simple macro for those you don't want to manage their Physical & Non-Physical abilities on a separate keybinds.
