Not Another Facetank Movie! Gitsune PvP 1.0

Hi guys, this is Gitsune@Seastone.

I asked my favorite dwarf to post this movie for me because I'm having some problems with forums D:

This movie contains:

-WF pvp
-World pvp
-Duels against some well respected players
-Some mage tricks
-Use of all game mechanics and cobra reflexes playing a mobility based build

I got one minute in and then got bored of the video skipping the ending to your 1v1's, so I assume you just lost terribly.

At first I saw the build you posted and thought WTF, but them....wow nice kite build. I'll have to try it.

Trolling aside, there's definitely some decent clips in there, and props for thinking outside the box and utilizing ride the wind, which is a damn great ability.

That being said, I wouldn't personally lead off with a clip where I let a cinder proc go unused, and then zoom in on a inconsequential thunder blast.

w/o cds or not you lost the duel by mounting up & leaving the zone
not impressive at all

also thx for makin it look like there would be a duel with zachy from the teaser & wasting my time

You don't know what to look for then. I'm not the creater of the video, but it's clearly just an intro to just get the video started.


I know w/ the current state of videos, people aren't used to that here on the rift forums. Since we're used to 1 macro mashing players, the typical "stand there and fight!" as a mage, and clerics just mashing aoe heals in the middle of a crowd that appears to be OP when others just play mindless specs against them.

It's not the game that's flawed, it's the community.

Gitsune is easily one of the most skillful mages I've played.

there are a lot of good mages in this game

Uhm, he didn't claim to be #1. I posted the video for him because he couldn't.
