    It's actually 30 seconds*.. I agree, this needs a "rework", due to the restriction of not allowing you to capture flags and other objectives etc.

    Although, the dichotomy of this allowance will force some players to work as a team.. Like calling another player/Ally over to capture a flag due to you being affected by Satchel charge and are restricted from doing so.

    Wait one second... dont you run around putting "Living Storm" on people...

    Oh wait.. I know... you cant cleanse the Rogue dot, right?

    In your tank/heal mage build with SC for living storm..

    It's kind of funny that one skill can counter an entire hybrid spec... #Hybridlivesmatter!
