    Default few questions about gear

    1) Are the reliquary items working in pvp? And if they do, they're basically a permanent potion (with stat buff), you just craft it and can use it for life, on cooldown?

    2) I've seen people (good pvp'ers) using both seal runes... The crit power one, and the attack/spell power+crit chance one.
Is there an overall BiS one, or does it depend on spec? ( specs with high crit % or forced crits use crit power, other specs use the power and %crit? Or is one rune better for all specs pretty much? )

Tried to google a bit but couldn't find much. Thanks in advance

Reliquaries work in PvP for the full 64k heal, they are not consumables, which means you can use them over and over. They have a 3 min CD and as far as I can tell do not share a CD with any potion.

Generally DPS tends to focus on CP until they reach soft cap, and heals tend to focus on SP. If you are DPS and not at CP cap it would prob. be best to use the CP rune.

Not all stats have a soft cap. Unless they changed it the soft cap for CP is 40%.

Spell Crit/Phys Crit are 45% soft cap (60% hard cap)

And yes, CP is 40% and hardcap is 50

Attack Power and Spell Power do not have a cap
