Default RoF healing trinket vs expert one

Is there a reason why Rhen of Fate healing trinket proc gets the pvp healing reduction and the expert one doesn't ? Not to mention that it may bug and you won`t get any proc at all untill you unequip/equip it again.

I believe the dps rof trink suffers a similar penalty but Idk why, would like to know. @trion

Probably because trion doesn't want to give Raiders a distinct and clear edge in pvp.

They have various pieces of gear that are better, or highly competitive, with T1 raid gear for pvp, but the gating on trinkets requires you to clear T1 content regularly in order for the average player to realisitically get one, which is largely different then getting T1 armor/weapons which are only marginally better then full pvp gear, and can be obtained for marks that do not require you to be clearing raid content.

There is a rumor going around that the the t1 and possibly t2 weapons for rogues and warriors do not get downbolstered in the dps output. Only on the stats. I would like to know if this is true. It would be a significant advantage over pvp and other class weapons.

You are too kind. Let me honestly answer the question.

There are tons of bugged things in the game, and they don't have the manpower to fix it all. Luckily, there is the opposite where overly powerful items not supposed to work in pvp or should get down bolstered simply dont, ending up with everyone having no clue how/what gets bolstered to what in a correct manner.

The end result is pvp only players only doing pvp being at a handicap to any expert/raid geared player, since, even in this case, the pve player has the advantage with the expert item, which will generally have superior stats to the pvp one. This isn't discussing the time frame either betwixt the two if you only did it the pvp route.

You are best putting this in the bugged section vs. in the general pvp forums in the hopes they will eventually fix this.
