    Question Dreambraker Weapon Proc

I want to compare these procs

Felswin Blade: Grants a chance for crits with your damaging abilities to deal an additional 10098 to 12342 damage. (this proc does about 5% of my damage in pvp)

    Empowered Dreambreaker Greatsword
Damaging abilities cast with this weapon have a chance to deal an additional 3650 additional ethereal damage

The Dreambreaker proc sounds like less, but has anyone tested it? Does anyone know how much damage it adds? It procs from anything not only from crits.

Tested and yes it does way way way way way less.

From the guy who has one, he told me about 10-20% proc rate from what he could see and his one hander was doing around 250 damage in PvP. Pretty bad considering a PvE weapon can proc up to 3k with a similar proc rate.

The problem is procs already more or less ignore mitigation, because once upon a time they sucked, and that was the fix.

Making one ethereal literally affords no additional benefit, because they already effectively are ethereal damage.

Tlr being ethereal doesn't make it special enough to deal half damage before the set bonus
