ok this isn't a nerf rogue thread its more of wth where you thinking devs when designing other classes?
rogue to me is just a perfect class. it's strong in numerous things all while giving you different play styles.
after playing 3 out of the 4 classes they don't hold a candle to rogue as far as fun factor and effectiveness as a whole.
Other classes need to be made similar to rogue as far as having so many options while still being mostly balanced.
for example:
ST healer-top tier physician bard/RS
AOE healer-top tier physician/tact
Range st-top tier ranger or MM
Range aoe-top tier SAB
tank hybrids-top tier sin/rs or NB/rs
st dps top tier sin
st/aoe hybrid -top tier bd
burst pocket heal spec-top tier NB
low point investment- top tier
i mean name me one thing rogue can't do right now in pvp? why is it not like this for other classes? i mean yea mages have the best st range dps, and warriors have the best st melee dps but rogue is right there on both and out classes those two callings in mostly everything else.
i mean it outclasses cleric in almost everything and i would say cleric is the second best class for versatility and top tier performance.
pve has to be the only answer right? regardless i enjoy this game again because of the rogue class and how unique and fun it is compared to my other toons. i suggest the people who are non stop crying for nerfs on this forum to give rogue a try, it doesnt take long to level to 60 and in freelancer gear im competitive in everything except p90 premade vs pug
