    wouldn't it be better to just reduce the distance of jump by 50%? that way ranged/caster could still jump and kite and melee still have a better chance to catch em? ying yang balance!

    once again strategic maneuvers put to death in pvp, all because some people want an easymode delivery to their stats.
    let ti go on and on and on till one day all the accumulated restriction will make this area of the game boring and pointless,

    Actually, if it isn't obvious, decreasing jump distance would have a far more global effect. That is a terrible solution.

    I'm looking forward to seeing a new "jumping needed a nerf/jumping is just fine" thread posted regularly on this forum. Just add it to the rotation with the "clerics are OP/clerics need a nerf", "clerics shouldn't dps/dps clerics just wanna have fun", "premades are ********/this is an mmorg" threads.

    Wardens with shields is the new thing stir, I noticed you have infact not been using warden OR a shield, i am very disappointed in you.

    It wasn't a strategic maneuver. It was an outright exploitation of a bug. You don't jump up and down when Bubba does his prison style assault on you do you ? Especially while you're running for your pwecious life, right ?

    The OP is not thinking about how this would affect existing and outdated pve content. Its a terrible idea.

    no. you would not be able to do things like hailol footholds or anything else that requires you to jump.
