    Default Conquest Problems

    The live launch of Conquest has been very problematic to say the least. While alot of people seemed to have enjoyed their first match, the sudden 2 hour timer is completely ridiciulous and unnecessary. Why would you do that Trion? It was never in the PTS. To spring it last minute looks like you knew people were gonna be pissed about it so you did it right before it went live so as not to generate bad press for Conquest. I'm a big fan of Conquest or was on the PTS, but I'm starting to really doubt myself here.

    Considering I have waited since launch for a feature like this, a 2 hour wait honestly makes want to never PVP again. Which brings me to the next and even bigger issue.

    Health pools. It is absolutely imperative that you raise health pools at the very least in Conquest. TTK is about 2 seconds right now. Its basically a FPS. Absolutely horrible PVP. I'm not sure how this changed from the PTS to Live but something is different.

    In general health pools in pvp are to low but in Conquest because of the large scale battle its a necessity to have larger health pools because of the ridiculous damage being generated.

    The two hour timer sucks. It needs to come down to maybe 30m (if you want a timer at all). I logged in just as one ended... 119:47 when I opened the tab.

    High TTK is exactly what one should expect in zerg-on-zerg warfare -- it's the same I've seen in just about every game with that sort of feature... maybe Conquest will be the place where actual tanks will be viable again. I don't know if I like the concept of artificially inflating health pools.

    ofc if people actually were willing to spread out and not run around as a giant zerg it might be less of an issue.

    I fully agree, rushed home to start conquest and then saw I had 109 minutes until the next one. Very disappointing.

    I wasn't even running with the zerg and it was an issue. Thats how bad it is. I feel like something changed but I can't put my finger on what. I did every PTS test of Conquest and it wasn't even close to this bad.

    Artifically inflating health pools is good, it doesn't affect damage or healing but allows for more strategic pvp to take place since it isn't just a gibfest. And DAOC/GW2 aren't at all like I experienced in Conquest so its not an apt comparison that all large scale battle maps have low TTK.
