Default So with the nerfs to Warden...

...how will the game decide whose HoTs "stick" on a target? If a Cleric with 1400 spell power has a four-stack on a target, but a Cleric with 2200 spell power tries to heal that target as well, do the HoTs get overwritten, or is it just who casts first?

If it's the latter, what happens if Cleric A has lots of SP and tries to heal herself, but Cleric B with low SP already has some HoTs on her? That would seriously impact survivability in unexpected ways. Especially if someone Ripples...

So what about Ripple? We can't control where our HoTs land when we Ripple. Will the game "push" those HoTs to players who don't already have HoTs from other players? If Cleric A casts Ripple and he leaves 10 players with two stacks of Soothing Stream each, can a second Cleric cast the remaining two on each of those players?

And if not, those heals just disappear into nowhere?

And the spell power disparity now applies to Deluge too, doesn't it? How is the game sorting out which HoTs belong to which Cleric, so Deluge actually heals for what it's supposed to?

These changes are all one big mess and a sad concession to players who don't want to be bothered to use anything other than DPS buttons to take down a healer. As a healer, all the time I see MMs and Mages and Inquisitors standing in one spot and nuking, even if melee are beating on them or they're two steps away from being able to duck out of LoS of a big incoming nuke. It's like these are the players who think it's "too hard" to kill a Cleric.

And that's what PvP is now? Are we going to all stand in a line facing the other team and just shoot spells at each other without moving? Sounds exhilarating...

not an issue since Deluge will use any hot on a target (not restricted to be owned by you)

Try to stop healing in warfronts when these changes go live, maybe they buff chloro some more to compensate (they should get a debuff that heals teammates when they hit the debuffed target, that would be great. and maybe a tool to increase the %-chance for those heals, usable every 30s, on the current focus-target to make it easier for dds to passively heal up)

Actually, this is my only concern on the warden nerf. Not stacking is fully justified, but if a lower SP SS is gonna cancel my higher SP one, I'm not going to be a happy camper.

As mentioned above though, deluge isn't an issue.
