    Default Remove/Nerf Fell Blades.

    This skill needs to...
    1) Be removed from the PvE Tree.

    A) Made a normal attack with a cool down that exceeds its duration.
    or
    B) Reduced to 10% siphon (40% isn't going to cut it.)

Rogues are still IMBA and have been for a very long time.
More PvP QQ please. Its about time this class was fixed or Clerics reworked.

    FYI I now play Rogue.

Love how you threw that at the end there.

I PLAY A ROGUE SO THIS IS UNBIASED.

Yeah, I play a Cleric and I think Fell Blades is fine.

i think 10% is little harsh, i rather want a cd for reapplying it.

If you play cleric please enlighten me with a build that can beat a rogue.

Can you imagine a Nightblade being able to pressure a healing Cleric without the healing debuff? Because honestly, I can't.

However, I would love to see the syphon part gone for let's say being uncleansable like Lingering Wounds, or some sort of Leeching Poison healing mechanic instead.

Also moving this out of the PvE tree would allow it to be used by all souls. As long as its rightfully nerfed.
    Just like Retribution and Overload.

    Its clearly a PvP skill.
    Don't forget Vampiric Mutations.

If VM and FB were changed respectively to abilities that had a 30s CD and lasted 15s of uncleansable 50% healing debuff and 40% siphon, I'd be okay with that.

^ This pretty much. If you can't beat most rogues with Trollicar, then you are bad.

As a 51 sin, I would love for that to happen, but I don't think its fair for that class. That heal debuff/siphon is the only thing that keeps many of them standing and to remove that so a different class can have an easier time killing them is ridiculous.

I'd never actually played a good trollicar until I fought Montage like two days ago, but I'm seriously surprised more clerics don't run that.

You should be able to beat any Rogue spec, provided they aren't packing ~200 hit

    I love Fell Blades <3
    ...when I'm not playing healer

In a recent Port Scion match on my rogue:

Charge into a group of 10-15. AoE apply fell blades. Kill several players. Laugh your butt off and consider changing your name to Boss as you tank them all.

    Leave fell blades alone!

IMO all healing reduction abilities should be of the 30% and 20% variety. The debuffs can stack up to 50% and are not passively applied.

    Lingering Wounds:
    30% healing debuff
    Non-cleansable
    10 Second CD
Increases the warriors crit chance against the target by x% (not sure on the benefit of crit at higher gear ratings for warriors)

    Vampiric Munitions/Fell Blades
    20% Healing debuff
    Cleansable
    5 second CD
    30% Healing siphon

    Essence Link:
    Stays the same

    Void Shroud:
    20% Healing Debuff
    Cleansable
Reduces the outgoing damage of the target by 15%
    10 Second CD

    Anathema:
    30% Healing Debuff
    Uncleansable
    Increases energy regeneration by X%
    10 second CD

Zaros left out the part where he also plays a rogue, like all of the time now; named Zaros. He also runs a build utilizing fell blades that can outparse r36 druid dps with heals/mitigation and simultaneously outparse that druids heals with his dps. All this, with stealth, seems legit. Not every cleric plays fotm trollicar, yet should still have a chance to be competitive against your rogue fotm, don't you think?

    ~Regards,
