Default Wasting Spells/Skills on toons that are IMMUNE or DEAD

I would like to suggest for the game not to use our cd timers for spells when the player is Immune or Dead.

    For examples:

    1) Cast 1.5 second snare with 15 second cooldown. Player is immune already! I still can't cast the spell for another 15 seconds though. It eats the cooldown anyway.

    2) Cast Essence Surge (chloro heal 2 MINUTE cooldown) on a player that just died a split-second before you cast it... eats the cooldown.

Lots of examples across all the classes. If they're immune, perhaps they could get a visual hint that they're already immune - maybe a, "soul glow" while they're immune. Wasting 2 minute cooldowns on dead players: Anyone have any ideas? Perhaps I'm doing it wrong.

How come you have a sig that's all about pvp, but you're on a pve server?

They should add a buff when you're immune to cc.

Also if you take off self cast when you don't have a target (or only an enemy target/dead target) then I'm pretty sure essence surge wont fire... its not worth it though, something you just have to deal with.
