Default Flavor of the Month: Cabalists

Discuss. Watching 4v4 Codex and 1 cabalist destroying a team is gold.

    Cabalist isn't a flavor it's a religion.

I love cabalists... all noob cleric are playing it, instead of healing, so lovely... they deal no dmg and are easy to kill.

Noob Clerics do not heal for much either and are easy to kill...

...at least the Cabby can get the enemy to their destination for the other AoE folks in your group.

In the last PVP fight I was in as a healing cleric, I healed a whopping 5000 damage before I died. Big contribution there. \o/

Nerf cabbalist and de-nerf healing souls, that'll fix it for me.

As long as you don't de-nerf my healing, I'll do this:

Default Cheap copy and paste from earlier post I made

My little cleric healer was having fun before the patch. Yep, she kept on healing, running for her life, healing some more. People were happy...healing was good and fun because you felt like you made a difference.

And then it came.....patch 1.4. Oh, my little cleric healer tried as she did before that dreary day. Oh she tried so hard. But, people kept dying. And there was noone left to heal. And then the game was lost.

And now my little cleric healer has become a little cleric damage dealer. And she's sad. But she knows if she goes back to be the little cleric healer again, there won't be anyone left to heal and the game will be lost.

Morale of the story is simple and swift. Don't cry to the little clerics. They want to heal, but they also want to win.

edit to add I should L2P, spec out of warden and into a real healing spec (1.4 style!!!), get farmed more, pay my dues, take it like a man, neglect my family and friends so I can play more (ie, afk out of bad matches), make friends in an online video game, put more effort into the game, join a PvP guild, get on vent, and last but not least....make my own premade so I, too, can bypass the warfront join system by only grouping 2 at a time and getting into a solo pug match!!!! (lame is lame)

They did nerf cabalist. You now have to wait 6 seconds instead of 3 seconds for 3 lurking decays.

Sign of Asias no longer allows for the aoe crowd control to be spammed.

    Obliterate is now pretty ****ty.

Only specific abilities are boosted by the 36 point passive. No more vex spreading so damage overall and survivability are way down. No more Soul Drain for actually useful burstier AoE.

It wasn't viable before over a dom or stormcaller and it sure as hell isn't now. Spread out, you idiot lemmings.

If you seriously have an issue making friends in an mmo than an mmo is not the right kind of game for you.

People like you are ruining our genre - it was built on the premise of making friends and playing the game in a massive, multiplayer online world.

Friend, seriously, get out of the basement more often. There's a whole real world out here! Allowing others entertainment ruin yours is sad. Try being a little less dependent.

I do just fine in this "real world" you speak of.

The point of mmos is virtual worlds and online communities. That's how it began, and that's the only thing that sets it apart from the sea of other games.

When people started putting less emphasis on community, and more on a single player experience, things have only gotten worse.
