Additionally, Mages must have at least 33 points spent in Chloromancer at Level 50 to qualify as a healer in the LFG tool
    I 100% agree but,
people with 31 points spent in the Chloromancer tree should have their name in blue in PvP raids (Warfronts), also with the healer icon that comes with it. because of my spec, (XXwarlock, 31chloro, XXpyro), I can deal more healing than mostly all pure healers. Please think about it.

Also when the name appears in blue, your allies can see that you are healer and protect you from stealth rogues backstabbing yourself or all threat.

No such thing as a pvp cloromancer healer. LGV just gets purged by a MM and then the cloro spontaneously combusts, killing all raid members within 500m. And forfeiting the warfront.
Don't mind me, I'm just being an idiot.

What you did there, I see it.

The warriors in my premade drop marksmen like flies, the chloros stay in the back out of LOS using bard buffs as a debuff buffer

Life-giving Veil has no CD and is instant cast, I call failure on whoever dispells it off me, it will be back every time within a second in between spamming healing skills.

MM debuff is a bit over the top imo but if they just sit there spamming it one of our warrior / mage / rogue dps will get in range and smash their face in faster than you can blink. Can't heal through this kind of burst...

A wise MM stays at maximal distance at all times and retreats if his factions group is pushed back. Otherwise you are next in the line to become champion/pyro/sin focus fire roadkill ;)

Premade vs. PuG isn't a good example, you know.
Personally, I love Chloro in PvE but absolutely loathe it in PvP.

The blessing of healing with damage is a curse in PvP.

Its more of a survivability spec for mages in PvP imo, less main heals but it definitly can be useful putting synthesis on the fang/shard/crystal carrier.
